There was once a lion strolling around the plains. He was sad because he had no friends. He walked for miles and then fell asleep. The next morning when he woke up, he found himself in a forest. The forest animals were shy, so the lion was still lonely. Then a deer walked up to him and said, “Why are you lonely?” The lion replied, “I have no friends”. The kind, helpful deer had a lovely, big nature. The deer and the lion became the best of friends and if they ever argued, they would forgive each other.

What an unusual friendship. Lions are not always ferocious meat eaters. This is what this beautiful lion has proved becoming friends with a tiny little deer. The two enjoy spending quality time together. Other than their beautiful friendship, there is nothing in common between them. The reason of this friendship between the lion and deer is still not known. The lion was rescued from poachers and now lives at the Wildlife Park. The two became good friends and now both of them are inseparable. I believe this shows animals may have strong emotions and maybe this friendship isn’t that unusual after all.

    Once in Africa

I once went to Africa, while I was there I saw an extraordinary thing. This was amazing, it was a lion and a deer playing together. Normally they would eat each other but they didn’t.

    This is the tale:
One day ,there was a lion and a deer. A hunter was eying the lion and the lion was eying the deer. Suddenly, the hunter leapt into action, chasing and chasing. Petrified, they ran. Petrified, they skidded into a ditch. Luckily, the deer was sat on a rock next to the ditch. Even though they were enemies the deer helped the lion. Now they are BFFs

On a beautiful sunny day, mummy deer and baby deer were drinking from the river, when suddenly a pack of unexpected zebras came zooming by and dragged mummy deer away from baby deer. Without mummy deer, baby deer was lost. He didn’t know where he was and didn’t know where his house was. He stood there, trying not to panic and didn’t realise that creeping up on him was a huge lion. As the hungry lion was about to eat the baby deer, he stopped. He couldn’t eat the baby deer because he was just so cute and cuddly, so the lion looked everywhere with baby deer trying to find mummy deer, but unfortunately they couldn’t find her anywhere. Then the lion decided to adopt the baby deer and protect him from other animals and danger.

Rosie and Leo have been best friends ever since Rosie’s mum was captured. The hunters threw a net over her and she was never seen again. Leo found Rosie trembling by the waterhole, he should have eaten her but he didn’t. Leo knew that something was wrong, she shouldn’t have been on her own, she only looked 3 months old. He strolled up to Rosie and roared “You can stay with me for now.” She was shaking with fear, but went with the big lion. Since then they have been best friends and are still friends now!

One early morning an explorer had just woken up on a safari park. He was looking for the most peculiar things that would happen at the safari park. Suddenly he saw a deer that had been found in a forest by an explorer. The carers that were going to take care of the deer put him with a lion. The explorer soon spoke and said”what are you doing?” “They used to be friends in the forest”. So that made the front page on the most peculiar magazine . Soon the lion started to lick the deer. The explorer thought it was so cute he wanted to care for the animals.

One day a lion came over to the woods-forest where he was alone but then a bunny-rabbit came to the woods and did stand next to the lion. The lion growled at the rabbit and the rabbit ran away from the lion. The lion growled at the rabbit and the rabbit ran away from the lion because the lion is annoying, cruel, and was very very loud. The lion must learn how to be kind and helpful to other animals. The rabbit returned to his house and was safe while the lion still has that bad habit of not making friends at all.

Once in a forest and a windy day, a lion was sitting with a baby deer suspiciously. I wonder why he wasn’t eating the baby dear instead of licking it? I think the lion has already eaten the mummy dear which might make his tummy full, so he might eat the baby dear after. I hope she’ll be rescued.
What takes my attention is, the lion is sitting down licking the baby dear. But that is a strange thing to see. That wouldn’t really happen in real life. In my opinion, the baby dear thinks it is her mother but she isn’t looking behind her. So she might not know it is a lion the king of the jungle.
