Sam was playing in the park when he saw a friendly dog coming towards him. He had always wanted a dog, but he wasn’t bothered what type or colour, he just wanted a dog. He decided to take the dog home and hide it in his wardrobe. He wasn’t sure if he should tell his mum or not. The dog started to bark and his mum came to see where the noise was coming from. Sam had to show his mum the dog and explain where it had come from. His mum said they couldn’t keep this one as surely it must belong to someone else. So, they took it to the police station and then his mum said that he could have a dog all of his own that he could choose.

Sam wasn’t sure. “Should I take it home with me?” He thought for a moment…..“I think I should take him or her home with me. “No I’ll take it to the pound”. Soon the rightful owner came back and gasped at the sight. AAAGH!!!!!!! He screamed in terror. Sam was in the pound. The dog was howling as loud as an air craft. Sam said to the manager “I think I will take him home with me” “ok” said the manager. The man caught Sam coming out of the pound. He stomped to Sam. “Give me my dog”. THE END.

Lola the lonely puppy
“CUTE!”exclaimed Megan. She was just going for a walk when
Megan spotted a lonely puppy on the park path! She had always wanted a puppy.
Who did she belong to? She decided to take her home. Megan
called her Lola. She was an extremely cute and adorable
labrador with brown fur just like chocolate.
Megan hoped her mum would let Lola stay, it would be hard to hide or disguise a dog. Once home her mum wondered what was trailing behind her. Megan pleaded and convinced her mum to let her keep her lost little Lola!

Once there was a dog that had a wonderful owner. Everyday his owner would give him 4 sausages to eat. One day when he was out for a walk he was taken off the lead for a run but when he came back, his owner was GONE! He decided to start walking. He didn’t know what to do! Then he saw a boy staring at him. The boy picked him up and took him to a house. Inside he saw someone he loved; it was his owner, his beloved owner he ran off the boys hand to his owners.

I went to the park and in front of my eyes was a dog, I decided to call it Derek. I was going back home and found its collar so I went back to get Derek and I took him back home and I asked my Mum if he could stay for one day. My Mum said only one day. The next day I decided to get the number from the collar. I asked my Mum to ring the number and the woman who owned the dog came. I gave Derek a stroke and gave him to the owner.

Sam was playing in the park and saw a dog coming towards him, the dog was wagging his tail and looked very excited. Sam realised that the dog had no name tag, it made him very sad as this dog could be homeless.
Sam called the dog Bouncer, because he was a very bouncy dog. They played all day, until his mum called him home. Sam was scared to leave Bouncer so he brought him with him.
Sam asked his mum “Can we keep Bouncer?”
“Maybe,we will see in the morning because his owner may be looking for him” said mum

Sam was playing in the park when he saw coming towards him, a small friendly looking dog. He couldn’t believe it! He had always wanted a dog. If he took it home would his mum let him keep it? What should he do?
He looked into the dog’s eyes and fell in love with him, the dog seemed to be looking back at him in a way as if to say take me home. Sam slowly walked over to the dog and said in a friendly voice “Hello boy, good boy”.
Sam then carefully reached out his hand and the dog began to sniff at Sam and then the dog gave Sam’s hand a long wet lick. Sam laughed with joy and gave the dog a loving stroke across his head and body. A bond of friendship had been made and Sam felt he had found the true friend he had been longing for.
Sam then noticed that the dog had a collar with a lead, the dog was called George. There was an address of where the dog lived, which was only a short walk away from the park. With sadness Sam knew what the right thing was to do and taking hold of the dog’s lead Sam said “Come on boy let’s take you back to your home, I’m sure your family will be missing you”.
However as Sam walked out of the park he began to think, what if there was no one at the address on the collar? What if George’s family did not want him anymore? Could Sam then take George home? Could this be Sam’s lucky day?

Sam arrived home with his new best friend. He named him Fluffy. Sam’s mum said he could stay until a new home could be found. That night Sam & Fluffy shared the same dream…zzzzz
…They were in a huge park. Fluffy danced around in the soft, luxurious grass. They ran around in the fresh air. It felt like they had been locked up for years and now they were free. Leaves swayed from side to side as they floated to the ground. Fluffy jumped up to catch them. Fluffy was excited to see what his new owner could offer…zzzz

“Wow,” said Sam “I’ve always wanted a dog!”
He looked around to see if there was anybody who owned the dog, but there wasn’t. “Where have you come from eh?” he asked and the dog barked. “Well let’s see what my mum will say” so he took him home.
When he got home his mum got a right shock! “He wandered up to me when I was in the park” said Sam. “Well we’d better find who he belongs to” said mum.
So what happened? The dog was lost and they did find his owner. “What an adventure!” said Sam.

Harriet was walking in the park when, she saw coming towards her was a friendly looking dog. Harriet had always wanted a dog, so she picked it up and walked away.
When Harriet got home she hid the dog under her bed and went down stairs. But little did she know that the dog was going to give birth. As she sat at the dinner table thinking of names for her new dog, she heard five little barks. She raced up stairs leaving her mum and dad open mouthed. Then she saw five small sleeping puppies to name.
