Today was so cool it was the summer school fair that happens every year. There was stalls and games. The fair started at ten thirty. Our stall was Question mania what you had to do was throw a counter in a cup and pick out a question that was in the cup you could throw your counter into easy medium and hard red was easy yellow was medium and green was hard and for green you had to get four right to get a sweetie bag for yellow you had to do get six right to get a sweetie bag and for red you had to get eight right to get a sweetie bag. You had to run your stall and me Dani and Tynesha were first to run our stall.
The other games were popping peas and throw water at the year sixers and other ones that I haven’t done and there were teddies, books, raffles later on.

At the summer fair when I was in charge of my stall. It was very bad indeed the cups of questions kept blowing away!! And then we had to go to reception, to get some sand. After that, we got two customers, and they were, shay my brother and Jacob we only got to serve two people because we had to do a lot of work to get it set up and only, got three minutes of working on the stall… >: boo. Three people got another extra fifteen minutes working, they were jathinca, Laurie and Alice. I dont really care. By Danixx

We’ll have to learn from this experience to make it better next time.

My day at the summer fair was really really fun , I enjoyed working at my class stall , it was really fun. On our stall all of our answers and counters blew away , it was funny but quite annoying . We finally collected all our counters, it took us a long while.

We’ll have to think of another strategy for the questions in the cups if we do something like this again.

eMy day at the summer fair was really cool because I had money to spend on tickets so I played the year 6’s stall because you had to throw a ball at a target and if you got lucky you got a bucket of freezing water on to them and if you got the colour pink you miss a go. By Cameron shaw

My day at the summer fair

On Friday the 19th of June 2015 it was the Summer Fair at school. It was AMAZING!!!!! I could hear the buzz of excitement as soon as I walked into school, which was echoed by the fluttering of flags which had been put up by our busy caretaker, Mr Gill. On Thursday we had been put into groups of 3 to run the stall. I was with Ana and Jacintha. When it was our turn to run the stall we went outside to see that there was a huge crowd of y5s! Our game stall was very popular and raised lots of money for the school and the fair was a big success!

My day at the summer fair

My day at the summer fair was fun and A bit windy! There was lots of different stalls around. Each class had a different stall. There was a stall where you had to ‘ Shoot the teachers with water ‘ that was fun. (you didn’t actually shoot the teachers though. Awwww!) There was a weather one, a popping peas one!
Also a pick a counter one! Hey! Our stall was ‘ question mania ‘ you had to answer questions. There was a ‘wet the pupil stall’.
I won on pick a counter twice, question mania and with the pupil. The day was all so fun!

On Friday 19th of June, it was our school’s Summer Fair and every class had to do something like a stall. My Class did a game. We had games like Hook a Duck and guess the Weather Forecast. The games were really fun to play and to stand behind our stall was fun too. Lots of parents came at Two-Thirty. It was a sunny day and it was enjoyable because we could buy lots of stuff there. My Dad brought me a few things. There were loads of teddies and books. I enjoyed it as it was my birthday too!

Last Friday we had a summer fair. Year 4’s stall was question mania. You had to throw a counter into a cup, and inside the cup was a question, and if you answer a certain amount of questions correctly you win a prize! When my dad came to the fair,he had a go on question mania but lost. My favourite game was popping peas. You had to suck a pea up a straw and put it into a bowl, whoever had the most in the bowl wins. I had an amazing time at the summer fair.

My day at the summer fair was exciting and fun. I always look forward to the fairs, as I am good at spotting a bargain! This year was no different, and to my mums amazement I managed to come home with more excellent buys than I actually gave to the fair in the first place! These included a Guinness Book of Records and a blue dog.

I really enjoyed the range of games there were to play, and all the Haribo that I won. You can never have enough Haribo!

My day at the exiting summer fair was a very busy but an awesome day full of entertaining games to play. The day started off with all of the classes coming into school putting their bags in the cloakroom and the Teachers taking the registers. A little while later, Me, Dani and Syrus went out to set up the stall, unfortunately it was very windy and the posters kept blowing away but we managed. Once the stall was ready everyone started coming out of the classrooms and playing the games that the different classes had set up. It was Fun!

We came in at 8:45am. Me, Evelyn and Frankie ran the stall and it was really busy because the FS2 children and the y6’s were going around the stalls at the time. You had to pick a coloured counter then pick a set of questions red (easy) yellow (medium) or green (hard) then you had to through the counter into the cup. After that you had to take the question out of the cup and read it out loud. If you answered the question right you moved onto the next question. You needed eight questions right for red, six for yellow and four for green. You then won a goodie bag.

Today was the sacred heart summer fair. In the morning there was just games for the children in the school playground. Then in the afternoon everyone was there buying, selling, walking and playing. I was on my own at first until I saw Tamsin, but then she said she had to go. I went to see the cake sale, that was when I spotted Cicely. I was about to ask her if she wanted to go around with me but her mum called her. I wandered to the toys stall and found Alice, I asked her and she said, “Yes!”
