At the end of the year in Sheffield it was very snowy. I couldn’t wait to get out in the beautiful snow! Then I started to build a gigantic snowman with a tiny tomato nose, three buttons and a hat and scarf.

It was a snowy morning at 5 AM and five enthusiastic kids were destined to go out and play in the snow. They ran down the stairs and sprinted outside into the snow .They built a snowman. It was one of the best times they had had in their lives. The snow was about 3 inches deep. They played around having fun but the best thing that they did was when they built an igloo. It was massive and all the kids could fit in it. After about 1 hour they had to go inside. But the next day it was gone.

A new day was dawning over snowy Sheffield..
I was planning on going out to play in the snow with my friends later on in the morning. I had a warm breakfast and I found some warm
Clothes. My Mum asked me to help prepare
Some Vegetables for lunch, I asked her if I could have a Carrot for the Snowman I was going to build with Millie and Ellysha. We tidied up, I was getting excited because my friends would be calling soon. I put my hat and gloves on, and waited patiently, it was starting to snow again…

Snowy hills of Sheffield , with a beautiful sun rise with fields of crops. The mountains are rocky, and the sun amazingly rising in all its glory. Then we have the white fluffy clouds drifting over all of the beauty of Sheffield . All of the trees are covered in thick snow, the red sky is awesome and there is not a road to be seen in the beautiful land of Sheffield.

A new day is dawning over snowy Sheffield. What a fantastic day it was!!!
When we woke up, we saw white flakes falling down from our windows. We saw snowmen already being built at next door so we decided to join in too! We slipped our socks on, had breakfast and ran outside. Our heads were full of ideas but I just could not wait for a snowball fight! After hours of throwing we decided to make a snowman and called it Olaf; not to forget, we got coal from the shed and carefully pushed them in the snowman’s belly. We had a busy day and went to bed wishing tomorrow will be as good as today.

This certainly sounds like a fun day.I wonder if your Olaf could sing like the one in ‘Frozen,’?

Tom woke up and looked outside. It was snowing! He had been waiting for it to snow all year. Just then Tom felt a breeze come into the room. He looked outside again, the snow had disappeared! Now it was raining, Tom was very curious. Eventually Tom got ready and went outside to investigate. He heard a voice say, Hello. Turned out the voice was just his mums special garden ghome. Two eyes popped out of the ground. Tom backed away, the thing said, Hello, I am the weather controller. Tom ran back inside and didn’t come back out.

This is all very mysterious, Lydia. If this was the start of a story then I would really want to read more. Well done!

I was at school and it started to snow heavily. We were not allowed to go out in it until home time. Luckily the school had to close early due to the snow. So my parents rushed to the school as fast as they could as the snow was getting heavier. We went to the park happily with the sledge and my sister met us there. I had a whole bunch of snowballs waiting for her. I chucked them at her and they hit her on her coat. After that I went home and had a nice hot chocolate.

This is great, Laura! It would be so much fun playing in the snow in the park.
