Arrgghh… what a swashbuckling week!

This week we have launched our ‘Waterworld’ topic by focusing on pirates. We were very excited when we received a ‘message in a bottle’ from a pirate, and we have enjoyed writing our own messages back.  We also opened our pirate ship role play area and are having a great time acting out lots of pirate stories.

This week’s stars of the week are Lucia and Debora. Lucia has been working really hard on describing 3D shapes…she is now a ‘shape genius’. Debora has shown a really fantastic attitude to her writing. When she has found writing difficult this week, she has persevered and managed to produce fantastic pieces of work through sheer determination. Well done!
