We were researching about worms and we found lots of new facts.Did you know that a worm has 5 hearts? Also a worm can not drown and a worm has a ring that holds the eggs. If a worm drys out it will die.

Last week Year 3 went for a worm hunt, there were worms many different sizes. Me, Maison and Joshua found five small worms and two huge worms.
When you look at a worm you can see a ring on its fat part of its cylindrical body that is called a segment it is where baby worms come out of. Baby worms are called worm lets. Worms have got microscopic, little bristles to help them to move. They do not have any nose, eyes or even ears
instead of that they sense through their skin. If worms skin gets dry they will eventually die.
